4. Free Account

Every newly registered user receives 100 free email extraction credits.

These credits are intended for evaluation purposes and may be changed, increased, reduced, or discontinued at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Free credits:

• Cannot be transferred.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be sold.
• Cannot be combined across multiple accounts.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

5. Subscription Plans

Website Extract operates on a subscription-based model.

Users may subscribe to:

• Monthly Plans
• Yearly Plans

An active subscription unlocks premium features according to the selected plan.

Subscription plans may include:

• Unlimited email extraction during the active subscription period (subject to fair usage and technical limitations where applicable).
• Different feature access depending on the selected plan.
• Future premium tools added to the platform.

We reserve the right to update plan features, pricing, and benefits in future releases.

6. Feature Availability

Not every feature is available in every subscription plan.

7. Subscription Renewal & Expiry

Your subscription remains active until its expiration date.

Once your subscription expires:

• Premium tools become unavailable.
• Features restricted to paid plans will no longer be accessible.

Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly enabled in the future.

8. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider.

Unless required by applicable law:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Partial subscription periods are not eligible for refunds.
• Users are responsible for selecting the correct subscription plan before completing payment.
• Subscription prices may change in the future. Any pricing changes will only apply to new purchases or renewals and will not affect already active subscriptions.
• Website Extract is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment providers.
• If a payment is successfully completed but your subscription is not activated due to a technical issue, please contact our support team. After verification, we will activate the subscription or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Refund requests arising from accidental purchases or duplicate payments will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable laws and our refund policy.

9. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of information necessary to provide and improve the Service.

We do not claim ownership of the URLs or data you submit for processing.

10. Intellectual Property
